1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Management

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information held in your c444 account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and identity verification.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. c444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your c444 account within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. c444 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified c444 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard operating hours (BST). c444 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if any active bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied on your account.

5.4 Currency

The c444 platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are denominated in BDT. Where a game is provided by a third-party provider in a different base currency, c444 will apply a conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6.4 Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date stated in the specific promotion terms. Any unclaimed bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain in a player's account after the stated expiry date will be removed automatically. c444 is not obligated to provide notice prior to bonus expiry beyond the expiry date stated at the time the bonus was issued.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Results

All slot, table game, and live casino outcomes on the c444 platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by the outcome of a real-time live dealer game streamed from a professional studio. The results of all games are final once the round or event has concluded. c444 does not alter, manipulate, or reverse individual game outcomes.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

"Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the standard applied across all c444 products.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c444 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9 Intellectual Property
